OH how I love this!! Murray Oxman posted this in our meeting room, so I digested it several times a day for many years. Gets right to the heart of our Work on this planet!! As Vernon Howard said, “if you can take it, you can make it!” Isn’t that the truth!
How fast we all are to defend and attack. That is the biggest obstacle. I saw myself do this today after a “unjust correction.”There is a volcano in everyone of us that can explode under the right circumstances. What we can do, is put attention on the behavior and the light will help us see how futile it is to live that way. LET THE DEFEAT BE COMPLETE. Defeated!…. Humiliated!…. Broken-spirited!…. Sick!…. Crushed!….

I noticed “the pouncer” in me just waiting to trap people in a mistake or blunder. Including myself.
