The first thing anyone can do to improve the quality of their life is to watch and observe their present psychology. Understand you have been living your life all wrong. Are you already lacing up your boxing gloves because you feel under attack? Here is a better way to explain this: Have you ever taken your car to a mechanic, and he performed a tune-up, and to your delight, you could not believe how much better your car ran? But by comparing its performance before and after the tune-up, it is clear the car was not running at its optimum. The car even sounded better and performed as if it were brand new.
The point is I can do better, so why have I settled?
The question arises. Why are you satisfied with how your life is presently unfolding? Is there something inside you that senses you could be doing better? You want better. Boldly say to yourself, “I want to know,” for this awakens, arouses, and sets into motion an unseen part of you that can not be stopped. You are reading something that can dramatically change your life. No acceptions, anyone can improve and meet a bright new existence.
Tool 8- Just Watch: Maybe you see yourself as a nice person or a shy person or a go-getter, etc. Each of these is merely an image that we’ve picked up along the way. We’ve gotten so used to our image that we have forgotten to question it and its purpose. “Watching,” This is where I discover new things about myself and the world. I will not be taking yesterday’s problems into today. Today is new! “Inspiration” is waiting for my realization! I must, “Snap out of it!”
Most people spend their days on this planet repeating the same old existence and never exploring inwardly. Why? because it scares them to death. Vernon says over and over you are not the fear, so let it rage because you want something more. The fear is a hoax to keep you the same. Dare to simply watch it in action until you see through it. One of the greatest experiences to have is seeing through yourself because all of that ‘self’ disappears along with all the problems you believe falsely that ‘self’ has. This is real freedom from your past and scary projected future. This can become your real experience. At this point you become unstoppable. You are the problem! I am my own problem! What an opportunity we have. Work to understand this all and you shall know all about this freedom.
Once we realise where we are psychologically, and have an understanding of where we need to be, you run like your head is on fire and you’re in need of a lake!
